Following the success of Callie I, the Callie II project in Rose Bay brought similar innovative design to a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. Facing challenges like inefficient layout and privacy issues, the project introduced an open-plan living area with a separate sleeping quarter, generous entry foyer, and a double study. Despite initial council resistance, a new balcony was added to maximise harbour views. The transformation reflects the same high standard as its predecessor, creating cohesive and functional living and sleeping zones.
