Nestled in Rose Bay, Callie I is an incredible transformation of a 2-bedroom penthouse apartment. Originally marred by a poor layout and dark living spaces, the project reimagined the unit into a light-filled, open-plan haven with breathtaking harbour views. Challenges included disconnected living areas and inaccessible spaces, but innovative design solutions created separate sleeping zones, a new study, and even a secret door concealing the fire escape. The result is a social, inviting space that maximises privacy and showcases the stunning surrounding scenery.
