Located in Randwick, Frankie is a townhouse within a large complex with excellent bones and a rooftop terrace offering stunning district views. The client sought to transform the austere atrium into an oasis. Limited outlook to the front and working within the development complex's existing footprint were key challenges. The redesigned atrium, featuring water elements and lush planting, serves as a serene focal point. Large bifold doors connect the living and dining areas to this tranquil space, inviting contemplation and connection with nature in a densely urban environment. The interior received a cosmetic upgrade, including a modern kitchen, optimised storage, and essential updates, making it a functional and contemporary home for a young family.
