In Dover Heights, Kip is a stunning revival of a house previously marred by conflicting aesthetics and poor layout. Embracing a Deco meets Le Corbusier style, the project unified the home's design, creating generous, light-filled spaces with ample storage. By relocating a single garage, a large wrap-around garden and expansive living area were created, maximising private open space and stunning harbour views. To expedite the build, we split approvals, getting CDC approval for the house quickly while lodging a DA for the garage. Bringing new life to the old at the entry adds a special touch, transforming the house into a sophisticated, elegant home.
