Located in Queens Park, Queenie III offers a unique setting overlooking rolling parklands and fig trees. The house, rich in heritage character, faced challenges such as a compact site, dark layout, and limited backyard space. Within a heritage conservation area, the design maximised light with wide courtyards and floor-to-ceiling glass doors, creating a sunny private oasis. The renovation features open-plan living, a butler’s pantry, formal and casual living spaces, ensuites in all bedrooms, and elevated views of the park.
