Situated in North Bondi, Patty is a transformative renovation of a once mundane 2000's giant. The project involved substantial internal and external upgrades, including a new façade, rear extension, and landscape works including a pool. The design applies everyday materials to existing bones, resulting in three strong elevations that define the corner lot. The renovation enhances livability, providing a low-maintenance, aesthetically pleasing home that seamlessly integrates with its coastal surroundings.
