The design optimises the steep, compact site with an L-shaped open-plan living area that extends to an outdoor entertaining space. A front office opens to a private terrace, and the large master bedroom upstairs offers water views. The upper floor includes living and children’s bedrooms, creating a versatile and functional family home.
