Located in Seaforth, Kirky is a single-storey home with a dominant garage. Budget constraints and conflicting geometries were key challenges. The redesign created a contemporary coastal feel with an open-plan layout benefiting from the sunny north-facing frontage. The large green garden at the rear and a swimming pool connected to the house enhance the social layout, making the home inviting and functional.  Standardised window sizes and external cladding were employed innovatively, achieving a bespoke appearance while maintaining cost-efficiency.
