Lavoni is a large home beautiful Balmoral Beach with extensive views of the bay and the headland. The original façade was dated, and did not match the area’s calibre or beachy context. The new design elevates the exterior with stone lower levels reflecting the local sandy colours and sandstone textures, and a lighter upper floor. A new planter edge optimises outlook and privacy, while a redesigned entry enhances security. The result is a cohesive exterior that matches the beautiful interior.
