Located in Chippendale, Queenie II is a beautiful brick warehouse converted into office spaces. In a vibrant and central part of Sydney, Queenie II faced challenges such as a poor-condition façade, lack of proper entry, and drainage issues. The tenants needed to stay operational during the works. The redesign features large picture-frame windows, a clean façade, and a distinctive entry, significantly elevating the building with minimal intervention.
